Contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, antennas, and power cables, and place it inside a separate shipping box.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outer shipping carton and send the package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once received, our technicians will inspect the equipment for functionality and completeness; approved refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
